In a hotel cleanliness is key. There was mold growth in the shower and a empty water bottle under one of the beds. Hot tub wasn't working. Grit at the bottom of the pool and chlorine content was too high. Free parking was nice. For a Hilton I expect higher standards, that's why I pay more to stay there.

The heater in the room would make loud clicks (like the sound of a keyboard, and roughly 10 clicks in a row) throughout the night that woke me up several times

Great stay so far. Small shop for basic items in the lobby, good location and price. Room is 4 stars because the bed frame sticks out a bit and my wife and I hit our shins on it by accident.

I was especially impressed with the staff. They made it clear that the waters in the room were free, and the checkin with hotel employee was great. When the hot tub was down for maintenance, they provided a way to get to the hotel next door to use theirs.

We booked a room blook and event space for our wedding weekend and could not have been happier with the Hilton Garden Inn Issaquah! All of the staff was pleasant to work with and were very helpful throughout the planning process. They went above and beyond to make our experience special and cared for our guests. We had a large room block for the weekend and hosted a welcome reception in one of their event spaces the night before the wedding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Loved the room, loved the location and the service was good. The only thing was at breakfast my husband got the omelette but he asked for bell pepper and cheese and he got tomatoes only. Other than that everything was good.

Three starts because you have to pay for breakfast and even coffee. Also customer service was bad. On the first night, the concierge made me stand in the cold, and when he let me in after confirming that I had a late check-in, he was still very cold and stoic. I had to ask him about amenities and breakfast and he seemed uninterested in helping, by provinding two word responses. I also thought the waitress who served breakfast was really bad at relaying information related to how breakfast worked.

More soundproof than most (and yes, it was pretty full),and the room itself was quiet--floor and beds didn't creak. Beds comfy. Hand soap left NO residue on hands-critical for contact wearers! Went home and ordered!
